I am a UX researcher and designer who puts people before technology and seeks out data-driven answers so I can discover how best to create usable, efficient, and pleasing experiences.
Thank you for your interest.
This portfolio is comprised of work I've done throughout my career, my master's degree program as well as for freelance clients. Even in my degree program, I've always worked with real-world clients and have been lucky to have a lot of varied expereinces.
At FIS, much of my focus has been on our SAAS project entitled FCM. FCM will provide fraud detection and bad actor identification by processing and organizing vast quantities of transcation data. It's a large-enterprise project for use by back-office workers who will work purely on big monitors. And it is a complex domain that provides many interesting design and architecture challenges.View Project
My master's degree capstone was a passion project for me. It was inpired by year's working in university development and allowed me to leverage newly minted skills in UX research and design.View Project
My client's users are expectant and current mothers who are seeking an expert to help them nurse their children. This site, currenlty under development, will need to convey trust, expertise, and understanding of the special needs of this population.View Project
This website had a very niche audience. I delivered a set of prototypes to help the owner develop his own site.View Project
These projects looked at information systems that faced inwardly and outwardly. The site was tailored for the daycare's marketing puproses of recruiting members and employees. The systems analysis focused on how a group with constant turnover retained tacit and actaul knowledge.View Project
This project was a proposed redesign and restructuring of a a local small business. It included a user-expereince analysis, market analysis, site maps, and wireframes, along with some field research and wirerames. Sadly, due to reasons beyond my control, the project never came to fruition.View Project
